Before the project starts, you have a call with one of our team members to discuss your goals, identify your bottlenecks, and pinpoint the most critical, highest-impact projects that you need us to take care of.

We prepare a project proposal that details what will be done, the team of experts who will do it, and when it’ll be done by.

You review and accept the proposal, fund your client account, and we get started!

Once you’ve approved the proposal, our digital remote team springs into action! We work primarily through Google Suite and Zoom, so you can send us messages at any time, or hop on a quick call if you’d prefer to speak face-to-face.

We do our best work when we work with you. That’s why we have our excellent Project Managers available to liaise with you, the project resources, and anyone else you need to ensure everything stays on track for success. Because while we CAN take care of it ourselves, we’re more than happy to work with any existing resources or contractors you may have on your team.

When your project is completed (on time, and on budget) we hand you the keys, along with any instructions you may need for continued success, so you can sit back and enjoy the fruits of our labor!
