Our tech service is billed at 6 credits per hour. For quick tasks that require fewer than 24 credits (so less than 4 hours), you’ll receive an email with completed work and credits used, usually within 5 business days.

If your task is larger in scope or you don't have required credits, a MIST project manager will get in contact with you as soon as possible with a projected timeline and credit usage.
